Casey started his automotive career in 1992. Between 1992 and 1995 he worked at an independent repair shop, auto parts store, and sold cars before landing a job at a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership.   At the dealership he moved from a service advisor, to an assistant service manager, to service manager, and ended up on top as a fixed operations director. After 14 years at the dealership he decided it was time to spend more time with his family. The dealership life requires a lot of time and his son was 4 years old and had just signed up for pre-k and T-ball. He was not interested in missing his son’s life, so in 2009 Casey and his wife Tabitha purchased Grays Garage from the Gray family. Grays Garage had been in business since 1981. This allowed Casey to be close to home with his family. It also brought something different to the Dover area. Casey’s focus was on vehicle maintenance. Right off the bat Casey introduced his customers and this community to a dealership atmosphere with local and independent pricing. His goal and the goal of his teammates are to be the best in the business and fix it right the 1^st time.

Rodney is a Veteran of the United States Navy. Rodney spent over 10 years as a Yeoman in the service. After serving our country he started working at a quick lube service center where he spent 17 years moving through the ranks to become the manager the store. He then went on to begin training to be an area manager over multiple stores.                                                    Rodney decided to join our team in 2014 to help Casey with our growing business.                             

Rodney enjoys fishing, golf, church events and visiting his grandchildren.

Tim moved to California in 1991 to pursue a career in the automotive field. He spent 24 years working at a Toyota Dealer Alternative. He specialized in Toyota, Lexus, Subaru and Honda. He became the Guru on all Asian imports and Hybrid vehicles.      Tim was also a USA Track and Field star. He has always enjoyed running and holds several records.         

At 48 years old Tim broke the Tennessee record for his age group by completing a 5k in 16:14.0 minutes. At 49 years old Tim broke the Tennessee record for his age group by running 1 mile in 4:42 minutes.   

At 50 years old Tim broke the Tennessee record for his age group by completing a 5k in 16:35.0 minutes. Tim still runs every day and plans on braking more records in the future.                        In 2015 Tim moved back to Tennessee to enjoy time with his parents. He also joined our team at Grays Garage. Tim is ASE certified and is always training to be the best technician around.

Kevin has been around Grays Garage since he was a kid. His dad was a technician for Grays Garage which lead to Kevin working here in the early 90s. 

Kevin has completed many training courses over the years and has been our steering and suspension specialist since 2010.          Kevin has been in Stewart County all of his life and enjoys talking to customers about the past.He knows the value of a small town business.

Blake is our newest technician. Blake worked at a local auto repair shop after graduating from Stewart County High School in 2009. While working there he also attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Automotive Technology.  Blake then spent 7 years working at a GMC dealer and became their Diesel Technician.         

Blake joined our team in 2020 and takes care of all our GM and diesel needs.  Blake enjoys playing guitar and singing. Blake visits lots of churches to share his music.

Montana is the son of Casey and Tabitha, he attends Stewart County High School and is always looking for ways to advance his learning. Montana actually started his 1^st business at 8 years old buying and selling antiques. He enjoys learning how a business runs. Montana loves playing baseball. He started playing at 4 years old and continues to play as much as possible. Montana is a pitcher, 1st baseman, and occasionally plays 3^rd. Montana has hopes to play baseball for a D1 college one day.
